Ffollowing the event “Enhancing Research Careers: Strategies and initiatives inspired by the European Charter for Researchers", held at the Politecnico di Torino on 9 November 2023, the 15 Italian universities that received the “HR Excellence in Research Award” have drafted a report on the benefits and best practices of participating in the HRS4R initiative, as well as the obstacles encountered during its implementation.
The Italian version of the report has been published on the website of the working group on Research and Research Evaluation of CoDAU - Conference of General Directors of University Administrations.
